Kinh Bắc City Contributes an Additional Nearly 7 Trillion, Pays 100% Land Use Fees for Tràng Cát Project, Prepares to Start 50ha Social Housing Project

Tràng Cát Urban Development Company, a subsidiary of Kinh Bắc Urban Development Corporation (KBC), has paid 6.854 trillion VND in land use fees for the Tràng Cát Urban and Service Project. The total land use fees after planning adjustments amount to approximately 17.794 trillion VND. The project, initiated in 2006, includes 1.955 million m² of residential land and 533,172 m² of social housing land, ready for business operations. KBC plans to start the 50ha social housing project in May. Its subsidiary SHP has built and delivered numerous social housing units, creating civilized residential areas. KBC also signed 68ha of land for lease in Q1. In a recent extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, KBC approved a 2025 plan with revenue of 10 trillion VND, expecting post-tax profit to multiply seven times in 2024. Despite some shareholders leaving, KBC remains committed to robust development strategies.
