Kinh Bắc Invests 1,350 Billion VND to Establish Subsidiary

The Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) has announced an investment of 1,350 billion VND to establish Kinh Bac – Dong Thap Urban Development Joint Stock Company. This new company has a total charter capital of 1,500 billion VND, with Kinh Bac holding 90% of the shares, making it a subsidiary. Kinh Bac – Dong Thap primarily operates in the real estate sector. Other shareholders include Kinh Bac Consulting and Investment JSC and Kinh Bac Services JSC, contributing 75 billion VND and holding 5% of the shares. Phan Minh Toan Thu is the General Director and legal representative. Financially, in the first half of 2025, Kinh Bac reported a revenue of 3,691.4 billion VND and a net profit of 1,250.6 billion VND, with total assets reaching 70,363 billion VND. Total liabilities are approximately 44,664 billion VND, with a significant portion being debt.
