Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) achieved strong business results in 2025, with net revenue of VND 1,648 billion in Q4, up 111% year-on-year. Net profit also surged to nearly VND 652 billion, over 21 times higher than Q4 2024, driven by rapid growth in the industrial real estate sector. For the whole year, net revenue reached over VND 6,687 billion, 2.4 times higher than the same period, and after-tax profit exceeded VND 2,200 billion, the second-highest in the company’s history. However, KBC failed to meet its targets of VND 10,000 billion in revenue and VND 3,200 billion in profit, marking the sixth consecutive year of missing targets. As of December 31, 2025, KBC’s total debt rose to approximately VND 43 trillion, primarily long-term debt. Recently, the company was approved to invest in two wind power projects in Gia Lai with a total capital of nearly VND 14,700 billion, marking an expansion into renewable energy.
