The People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province has approved the planning for the Quế Võ Extended 2 Industrial Park, invested by Kinh Bắc Urban Development Corporation (KBC). This park spans over 140.3 hectares and is located near the existing Quế Võ Industrial Park. Construction is expected to start in Q1 of 2026 and be completed by Q4 of 2029, with a total investment of 1.878 trillion VND, including 1.176 trillion for construction and 702 trillion for land compensation. This will be KBC’s fourth industrial park in Bac Ninh, alongside the Quế Võ and Quế Võ Extended Industrial Parks, which are fully occupied and have attracted over 3 billion USD in investments. The Quế Võ Extended 2 Industrial Park aims to become a multi-sector industrial area focusing on high technology and electronics, continuing the success of previous projects.
