The Board of Directors (BOD) of Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam Investment Joint Stock Company (KSF) convened and approved a resolution regarding a loan transaction to be conducted by one of its subsidiaries. The specific terms of the loan will be determined and carried out in accordance with current legal regulations as well as internal commitments of the company. This move is part of KSF’s strategy to expand investment capital and develop its business operations, to enhance the efficiency of the subsidiary and provide necessary financial support for ongoing projects.
