In the first half of 2025, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) reported industrial land lease revenue of approximately 150 ha, marking a 700% increase from 18 ha in 2024. Notable transactions included 83 ha in Hung Yen and 31 ha in Bac Ninh. Major clients such as Goertek and BW Industrial participated as well. Meanwhile, IDICO estimated around 60 ha leased over the same period, while SIP forecasted about 25 ha, down from 74.5 ha the previous year. SZC has not disclosed results but has secured a few smaller contracts. Other companies like PHR and GVR faced challenges due to limited land availability. Viglacera also did not provide specific figures but has delivered 65 ha. Looking ahead, KBC is expected to continue leading due to a strong land supply in Hung Yen and Hai Phong, with demand anticipated to recover in 2026.
