Land Lease Revenue Grows Over 700%: Kinh Bac Leads the Race in Industrial Real Estate Leasing

In the first half of 2025, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) recorded land lease revenue of 150 ha, a growth of over 700% compared to 18 ha in 2024. They signed several significant contracts, notably 83 ha in Hung Yen and 31 ha in Bac Ninh. Companies like IDICO and SIP are seeing modest leasing results, estimated at 60 ha and 25 ha respectively. Sonadezi Chau Duc has signed a few contracts but has not achieved the results of 2024. Limitations in industrial land availability also affect revenues for PHR and GVR. Viglacera has not provided details but reported around 65 ha of leased land. Overall, the industrial real estate sector is expected to continue growing in 2025, driven by new projects and available lease land.
