Among the top 50 listed companies in Vietnam, only Vinamilk and ACV offer average salaries over 30 million VND/month. Vinamilk’s average is 31 million, while ACV is 30.5 million. The finance sector leads with high incomes, notably Techcombank Securities reporting an average salary of 70.5 million VND/month, up 8.5%. SSI reported total employee compensation around 55 million VND/month. Banks like ACB, Vietinbank, and Vietcombank also have high average salaries, ranging from 37.4 to 38.1 million. The real estate sector shows lower earnings, with some companies not reporting significant changes. The Vietnam Rubber Industry Group has an average salary of 28 million for management, while the national average is only 7.7 million VND/month. The disparity in income between executives and staff largely explains the inflated average salaries compared to what many employees actually earn.
