Among the 50 largest listed companies in Vietnam, only Vinamilk (31 million) and ACV (30.5 million) from the non-financial sector pay an average salary above 30 million/month. The financial sector leads with high incomes, for example, Techcombank Securities has an average salary of 70.5 million/month, an 8.5% increase from the previous year. Meanwhile, SSI reports an average compensation of around 55 million/person/month. However, these figures may not reflect the actual income of employees due to the large disparity between leadership and staff. The securities industry often sees high earnings from commissions and bonuses. The real estate sector shows modest increases, while infrastructure service sectors like ACV and Petrolimex have significantly improved income. According to the General Statistics Office, the average salary of workers nationwide in 2024 is only 7.7 million/month.
