The Lakeview City project of Novaland has resolved land use fee issues, with the total land lease and use fee estimated to be around 5.176 trillion VND. According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the land valuation has been conducted, and this project is one of the first in Ho Chi Minh City to apply Resolution 170/2024/QH15. However, Novaland has to set aside 4.369 trillion VND in the 2024 reviewed financial report. This provision will be adjusted in the future when conditions allow, providing a strong financial basis for the Group to implement its business plans. Besides Lakeview City, other projects like New City and The Tresor are also addressing barriers, expected to bring approximately 64.2 trillion VND to the budget in the first ten months of 2025.
