This week, 43 companies announced their dividend payment plans, among which, Becamex IDC plans to issue 300 million shares to increase capital. The auction is scheduled for April 28 at a starting price of VND 69,600 per share. However, due to the impact of U.S. tariffs, the auction has been postponed. If successful, the proceeds could reach VND 20.88 trillion, surpassing Vietcombank’s auction in 2007. The funds are to be used for project investments, contribution to affiliated companies, and financial restructuring. Additionally, ABBank will change its representative from Maybank, and both Vietbank and Nam A Bank have been approved to increase their charter capital by thousands of billions VND through share issuance for existing shareholders.
