LDG is actively negotiating major projects such as LDG Sky and LDG Grand Da Nang to raise funds for 2025. The Viva Park project in Dong Nai also shows development potential after legal obstacles were removed. Customers are eager for the project to resume soon. The High Intela and West Intela projects in Ho Chi Minh City have been put on the priority monitoring list to increase housing supply. LDG aims for 2025 revenue of over VND 1,822 billion, an increase of more than 11 times compared to the previous plan, with post-tax profit expected to reach VND 91.56 billion, up 36.5 times from 2024. LDG is also restructuring to overcome difficulties, with Nguyen Khanh Hung returning to the Board to contribute to the company’s new growth phase.
