Vimico has announced its 2024 financial report showing a net revenue of 13.277 trillion VND and a net profit of 1.219 trillion VND, increasing by 11% and 545% respectively compared to the previous year. In 2024, Vimico produced 73,741 tons of copper ore, 30,079 tons of cathode copper, 205,167 tons of iron ore, and 845 kg of gold bars. The company targets a revenue of 12.619 trillion VND and a pre-tax profit of 1 trillion VND for 2025, with an expected gold production of 806 kg. For 2026-2030, Vimico aims for a total revenue of 65.815 trillion VND and to produce 4,685 kg of gold. Vimico is currently one of the largest gold mining companies in Vietnam, part of Vinacomin. KSV shares have surged since early December 2024 but have now decreased to 187,200 VND per share, still four times higher than before.
