Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center JSC (VEFAC) announced a 435% dividend distribution, equivalent to 43,500 VND per share, totaling about 7.247 trillion VND. VEF’s after-tax profit in the first quarter reached 17.22 trillion VND. SJ Group (SJS) plans to pay shareholders a dividend and bonus of 159% by issuing over 86 million shares. Urban Development Industry No. 2 (D2D) will distribute 84% in dividends, totaling over 254 billion VND in payment. Vinaconex (VCG) will give a 16% dividend, while Thang Long Investment Group (TIG) will distribute 10% and issue over 240 million shares. Other companies like Khang Dien (KDH) and Dat Phuong (DPG) also plan 10% dividends and capital increase. This spike in dividend rates is seen as a “gift” for shareholders and a preparation for recovery following challenges. According to VARS, the real estate supply is projected to recover in 2025, rising by 10% compared to 2024.
