Listed Companies Race to Issue Shares and Raise Thousands of Billions as Stock Market Booms

In the context of a booming stock market with rising indexes and stock prices, numerous listed companies are speeding up their capital-raising efforts. DIC Corp (DIG) has initiated a plan to issue 150 million shares to raise 1,800 billion VND. DIG shares have nearly doubled in just 4 months. Similarly, the Nam Ha Noi Urban Development and Investment Corporation (NHA) is issuing nearly 16.2 million shares to raise 162 billion VND, with NHA shares also increasing by 50%. Hoang Quan Real Estate Consulting Trading Service JSC (HQC) plans to issue 50 million shares to convert debt. Meanwhile, Dat Xanh Group (DXG) intends to issue 93.5 million shares at 18,600 VND each to raise 1,739 billion VND for a new project, with DXG shares having risen by 105% over 4 months. Additionally, several other companies, including PVPower (POW) and Taseco Land (TAL), are preparing share issuance plans to increase capital.
