On August 27, 2025, Loc Troi Group was fined 210 million VND by the State Securities Commission for failing to disclose necessary information and publishing incorrect profit figures. Specifically, they were fined 85 million VND for not releasing financial reports for various quarters and corporate governance reports. Additionally, they faced a 125 million VND fine for misreporting 2023 net profit between self-prepared and audited reports. The company is required to rectify the information as per regulations. This penalty comes amid financial challenges for Loc Troi, which is restructuring and negotiating with 12 banks for debt rescheduling, aiming to raise 1.3 trillion VND in working capital by the end of 2025. LTG’s stock is under warning and restricted trading; the latest session saw a 3.7% drop in price.
