Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company (MCK: LTG) has decided to postpone the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) from July 14, 2025, to July 21, 2025, for better preparation. The list of participating shareholders will remain based on securities ownership as of June 3, 2025. Loc Troi projects a 2025 revenue of only 4.2 trillion VND, the lowest in over a decade, along with a pre-tax accounting loss of 524 billion VND. The Board of Directors assessed 2024 as a challenging year, facing pressure from operational costs, low profit margins, and difficulties in engaging farmers for raw material regions. The company is struggling to pay debts to banks, suppliers, and state financial obligations. Furthermore, the dividend plan for 2023 has been canceled due to unfavorable business conditions. The AGM will also elect a new member for the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Johan, Sven Richard Boden, who has resigned.
