Loc Troi Group (MCK: LTG, UPCoM) has announced a new date for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), rescheduling it to August 23, 2025, marking the second postponement. The previous dates were set for July 14 and then July 21, 2025. The company aims for a projected revenue of 4.2 trillion VND for 2025, the lowest in over a decade, with a pre-tax loss of 524 billion VND. Financial difficulties pressure the company, limiting its ability to settle owed payments. Loc Troi also plans to cancel the previously announced dividend for 2023 due to operational challenges. The AGM will dismiss a board member and will be warned by HNX from July 14, 2025, for failing to hold the AGM within the regulatory timeframe, also due to late financial reporting.
