Lof International Dairy Company Seeks to Borrow 1.5 Trillion VND from Banks

Lof International Dairy Joint Stock Company (IDP) has announced a plan to borrow 1.5 trillion VND from banks to supplement working capital and issue guarantees for its products. Specifically, the company will borrow 700 billion VND from BIDV and 800 billion VND from VietinBank. The revenue target for 2025 is approximately 8.4 – 8.8 trillion VND, with after-tax profit estimated at 360 – 440 billion VND. In addition to the borrowing plan, the company was also fined a total of 185 million VND for various violations of financial reporting regulations, including failure to notify the number of shareholders, not disclosing financial information on time, and not listing the remuneration of each member of the Board of Directors in the financial report.
