Novaland Group (HOSE: NVL) has announced the decision to issue over 168 million shares to convert debt, addressing a debt of 2,645 billion VND. The issuance price is 15,746 VND/share, accounting for 8.6% of the total current shares. NovaGroup, led by Bui Thanh Nhon, will receive about 160 million shares, increasing the major shareholders’ ownership to 39.59%. Additionally, the company plans to issue nearly 152 million shares at 40,000 VND/share to convert 13 bond lots worth 6,074 billion VND. The issuance is expected to occur in Q4 2025 to Q1 2026, pending approval from the State Securities Commission. If successful, Novaland’s charter capital will rise from 21,000 billion VND to nearly 22,700 billion VND.
