Masan reports nearly 400 billion net profit in Q1/2025, up 280%

Masan Group Corporation (MSN) announced its Q1/2025 financial report, recording 18.897 trillion VND in net revenue, up 0.2% year-on-year. Excluding revenue from HCS in Q1/2024, revenue grew by 11.1%. EBITDA reached 4.003 trillion VND, up 22% due to growth in consumer retail sectors and divesting non-core assets. Net Profit After Tax (NPAT Post-MI) reached 394 billion VND, up 278.8% year-on-year, driven by profits from consumer sectors and divestiture from HCS. Key segments performed well: Masan Consumer reported 7.489 trillion VND in revenue (up 13.8%); WinCommerce achieved 8.785 trillion VND (up 10.4%); Masan MEATLife reported 2.070 trillion VND (up 20.4%); Phúc Long Heritage reached 424 billion VND (up 9.7%). Masan forecasts 2025 revenue between 80 trillion to 85.5 trillion VND, expecting strong growth in the coming years.
