The Board of Directors of MBG has received the resignation letter of Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh, a member of the Supervisory Board (BKS) of the company. In her letter, Ms. Quynh stated that her resignation was due to personal reasons and that she could no longer continue her work at the BKS. The resignation decision will be carried out per the company’s regulations and current laws. The company will hold a meeting to discuss the appointment of a new member to replace Ms. Quynh in the near future.
