Meta has frozen hiring for its new superintelligence division

Meta Platforms has enacted a hiring freeze in its AI division, following the recent recruitment of over 50 AI experts.

This initiative is linked to a wider restructuring process within the department, preventing employee transfers.

While the freeze is in place, external recruitment may still occur, subject to approval from Chief AI Officer Alexandr Wang.
