Metaplex, a Solana-based NFT platform, has announced the launch of a new NFT standard called Core on Solana.
Core is now live on Devnet and is specifically designed for NFTs, allowing key data to be stored in a single on-chain account. The aim of Core is to reduce computational requirements, increase throughput, and help improve the efficiency of the Solana network.
