Viettel Construction Joint Stock Company (CTR) announced its business plan for 2025, aiming for total revenue to increase by 10% to 13.968 trillion VND, and a net profit of nearly 563 billion VND, up 5% from 2024. The salary fund for 2025 is 2.752 trillion VND for 10,234 employees, averaging 22 million VND per month. Established in 1995, CTR is part of the Military Industry – Telecommunications Group and is a leader in telecom infrastructure leasing with over 10,000 BTS stations, projected to triple by 2026. EBITDA growth rate is forecasted at 31% from 2023 to 2026, driven by increasing demand for telecom infrastructure.
