Mr. Le Phuoc Vu still has ambitions in real estate: Only make urban areas of 600-700ha, not foolish like corporations ‘no legal basis, take people’s money and then do not deliver houses’

At the annual shareholders’ meeting, Mr. Le Phuoc Vu, Chairman of Hoa Sen Group, announced that the group will return to the real estate sector through Hoa Sen Yen Bai JSC. The Trade Service Center project in Yen Bai is expected to be developed strongly. He affirmed that they would only develop large urban areas of 600-700ha, avoiding repeating mistakes made by other corporations regarding legal issues. Long Thanh Airport is seen as a development center, and Hoa Sen is undertaking many projects here.

Previously, Hoa Sen had invested in real estate but faced many difficulties and did not succeed. In 2016, the company returned with four subsidiaries specializing in real estate but still did not achieve significant results. Mr. Vu further shared about his cautious ambitions in developing new projects, confirming that they would not repeat past mistakes and would use the company’s resources more effectively.
