According to the 2024 report, among the 21 largest companies in Vietnam, 11 have more male than female staff. Hoa Phat Group (HPG) has less than 12% female staff, while the banking sector has about 60% females. Vingroup (VIC), with only 37.3% female staff, boasts 59% of leadership positions held by women, reflecting Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong’s philosophy of promoting female leadership. In contrast, Masan Group (MSN) has over 62% female staff, but only 43% in management. Sacombank has the lowest female staff and leadership ratio in banking.
