Mr. Tran Hong Minh, born in 1985, has officially become the CEO of KienlongBank as of December 1st. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the Finance – Banking sector and has held numerous important positions at major banks before joining KienlongBank in March 2021. Prior to assuming the CEO position, he served as Acting CEO and contributed significantly to modernizing the bank, especially in digitizing products and services. Under his leadership, KienlongBank has focused on building digital banking products and improving operational processes. The bank has witnessed a significant increase in customer numbers, with pre-tax profit reaching 1.537 trillion VND in the first 9 months of 2025, doubling compared to the same period last year. His appointment represents a strategy to develop a young leadership team aimed at becoming a comprehensive, flexible, and efficient digital bank.
