On September 4, 2025, Tasco Joint Stock Company received a notice from VII Holding Joint Stock Company regarding the plan to acquire 30% of Tasco’s shares, equivalent to 320,485,000 shares. This transaction was approved by the Tasco General Meeting of Shareholders. VII Holding, led by Vu Dinh Do, owns 65% of its capital and was established in May 2024 with a charter capital of 1 trillion VND. Prior to the transaction, both Vu Dinh Do and VII Holding had no shares of HUT. The transaction is scheduled from September 10 to October 9, 2025, with the total estimated cost exceeding 5.8 trillion VND based on a price of 18,200 VND/share. In August, Tasco successfully issued nearly 175.8 million shares, raising its charter capital to over 10.683 trillion VND, while recording a revenue of about 15,351 billion VND, up 31% year-on-year, and a net profit of over 114 billion VND, up 25%.
