Ms. Mai Kieu Lien: Achieving double-digit revenue growth is difficult, but increasing productivity and worker income is possible

At the Vietnam Economic Growth Forum 2025, Ms. Mai Kieu Lien, CEO of Vinamilk, emphasized the importance of the dairy industry in economic development and the health of future generations. She stated that double-digit revenue growth cannot be achieved solely from sales but must come from productivity and worker income. Vinamilk aims to increase average income by about 10% annually, based on business efficiency and investment.
