The Branch of Material Supplies Joint Stock Company – TKV – Hon Gai Material Supplies Enterprise will officially cease operations from December 31, 2023. This decision is based on an assessment of the branch’s operational situation and business effectiveness. Procedures related to asset liquidation, personnel matters, and completion of financial obligations will be carried out in accordance with legal regulations. Partners, customers, and employees are notified to cooperate during the transition and completion of contract obligations. The company will fulfill all responsibilities and obligations toward stakeholders before officially ceasing operations.
