The State Bank of Vietnam has approved an increase in the charter capital of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank from 13,725,505,530,000 VND to 17,156,864,800,000 VND. Decision No. 2933/QD-NHNN dated August 6, 2025, amended the content of the establishment and operation license No. 18/GP-NHNN dated April 13, 2023. The new charter capital of Nam A Bank is 17,156,864,800,000 VND, effective immediately upon signing. This increase in charter capital demonstrates the transparency and effectiveness of the bank in the Vietnamese financial market, while enhancing its financial capacity and providing more financial solutions for customers.
