Năm Bảy Bảy Investment Joint Stock Company (MCK: NBB) has completed the transfer of capital at NBB Quang Ngai Limited Company to SDP Investment Joint Stock Company. Năm Bảy Bảy had invested 85 billion VND in NBB Quang Ngai, owning 100% of its charter capital, and plans to provide up to 50 billion VND in financial support for this company. NBB Quang Ngai manages and exploits two stone mines in Quang Ngai province with significant extraction capacity. SDP, the recipient of the transfer, was established with a charter capital of 20 billion VND. Additionally, Năm Bảy Bảy received approval from shareholders to allow the Board of Directors to make decisions regarding legal issues for the NBB II high-rise residential project, covering an area of 7.9 hectares with an expected investment of 4.136 trillion VND, and has received approval from the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
