According to Decision No. 1645/QĐ-UBND by Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, Nam Mekong Group has acquired the project The Charms Binh Duong, a high-end apartment complex in an urban area covering 1,011.08 hectares. The project has a total investment of 3.733 trillion VND, consisting of two 30-story buildings with three underground floors, providing 1,622 apartments with full amenities such as a swimming pool and commercial center. The project’s location is very convenient, close to the administrative center and major roads, allowing easy access to HCMC within 40 minutes. Additionally, the development of transport infrastructure, including the metro line, enhances the real estate prospects here. Nam Mekong Group will be the investor and implement this project, contributing to improving the image of the smart city in Binh Duong with modern architecture and ideal living space.
