New developments in the unique offshore project worth over 7,200 billion VND in Dong Nai by TTC Land

The Kim Quy Island project in Dong Nai, with a total investment of 7,200 billion VND, is being developed as an “island urban” model. The supermarket will be built on a land area of 6,114.4 m² and will include 1 basement and 4 floors, with a total usable area of over 15,000 m², having been evaluated for architecture and safety. Nearly 13,000 m² of land has recently been approved for two internal roads, enhancing connectivity. The project is adjacent to the center of Bien Hoa, approximately 30 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City. Kim Quy Island spans 48 ha, consisting of 571 products including townhouses and villas, with functional subdivisions like commerce, education, and riverside parks. Notably, an agreement has been signed with TTC Education for the construction of Yersin Primary School. The project’s infrastructure is rapidly advancing with many conveniences taking shape.
