Ms. Đậu Hoàng Linh has become a major shareholder in Chương Dương Joint Stock Company (CDC) after successfully purchasing 300,000 shares, raising her ownership stake to 5.37%. The transaction took place on November 11, 2025, at an approximate cost of nearly 8 billion VND. Conversely, Ms. Đỗ Ngọc Mai sold 100,800 shares on November 5, 2025, lowering her stake from 5.1714% to 4.9804%, thus losing her position as a major shareholder.
Chương Dương Corp reported a total revenue of 289.4 billion VND in the third quarter of 2025, an increase of 23.3% year-on-year, and a net profit of over 8.2 billion VND, more than 10 times higher than last year. The profit increase is mainly attributed to new projects underway, such as the Long Bình Tân Social Housing Project and the Long Sơn International Port. Cumulatively, in the first nine months of 2025, revenue reached 790.9 billion VND, with net profit after tax nearing 12.8 billion VND, a growth of nearly 110%. Total assets increased by 33.6% to nearly 2,680.4 billion VND, with liabilities exceeding 1,953.9 billion VND.
