Starting June 2025, Nguyen Tuan Quynh has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, and Vo Thi Hoang Quan as the General Director of Phuong Nam Cultural Company (HoSE: PNC). These appointments come after PNC officially joined Thien Long Group (TLG). Quynh has over 30 years of experience in publishing and has held significant positions at Alpha Books and PNC. Quan has held senior management roles at major companies like FPT and Vingroup, with strong expertise in fast-moving consumer goods and retail. PNC hopes Quan’s execution ability will enhance operational efficiency and expand business. In late May, TLG completed the acquisition of PNC, which operates nearly 50 bookstores, many located in high-traffic areas of Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to the acquisition, PNC reported a revenue of 614 billion VND in 2024, a decrease of 6% from 2023.
