The An Giang Agricultural Products Export Joint Stock Company (AFIEX) is undertaking two major projects in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province, including the Lộc Phát Golden Trade Housing Area and the Mỹ Thới Residential Area, each project covering nearly 3 hectares. AFIEX, once a major state-owned enterprise in the agricultural sector, has successfully restructured and reported positive business results, with net revenue reaching over 2,000 billion VND in 2024, three times higher than in 2021. It is projected that AFIEX’s rice export turnover will exceed 15 million USD in 2025, reinforcing a net revenue of around 1.76 trillion VND and a profit before tax of 25.2 billion VND. AFIEX also owns a large land bank in An Giang and Can Tho for its production and business activities, along with several successful real estate projects previously completed. On November 17, 2025, AFX was officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with a valuation of 350 billion VND.
