On April 21, 40.25 million shares of CDC Construction JSC (ticker: CCC) were listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) at a reference price of 18,300 VND/share. Chairman Ngo Tan Long stated that the listing marks a significant milestone in CDC’s development and solidifies its position in the construction sector. Established in 2011, CDC specializes in construction and building materials. For the fiscal year 2024, revenue reached 2,189 billion VND, a 21% increase, with net profit exceeding 42 billion VND. On the debut trading day, CCC shares surged nearly 20% to 21,950 VND/share, with a record trading volume of 250,000 shares, marking a historic high. Prior to the listing, CCC traded on UPCoM since July 2024.
