On April 21, 40.25 million shares of CDC Construction JSC (stock code: CCC) were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), with a total market value of 402 billion VND and a reference price of 18,300 VND/share. Chairman Ngo Tan Long emphasized that this is a significant milestone, confirming CDC’s position in the construction industry and marking the start of a more sustainable development journey. CCC shares saw a record trading volume of nearly 250,000 units, despite a strong drop in VN-Index, with a 20% increase, reaching 21,950 VND/share. Founded in 2011, CDC primarily operates in construction, reporting a revenue of VND 2,189 billion for the 2024 fiscal year, a 21% increase, and a profit after tax of over 42 billion VND, a 46% rise. The company’s total assets also rose by 21.2%, exceeding 2,083 billion VND.
