No more XRP reports? Ripple CEO announces key change

Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, has stated that the company will no longer provide quarterly XRP market reports. Instead, XRP updates will be communicated through social media and blogs, while XRP holdings will remain displayed on Ripple’s official website.

Garlinghouse mentioned that earlier reports were used by the SEC in legal actions against Ripple, arguing that transparency was ‘weaponized’. The final traditional report indicated that Ripple possesses nearly 45.86 billion XRP tokens, valued at about 99 billion USD.
