Nội Bài Goods Services to Distribute Cash Dividends at a Rate of 80%

Nội Bài Goods Services Joint Stock Company (NCTS) plans to distribute 2024 dividends to shareholders at a rate of 80%, equivalent to 8,000 VND per share. The deadline for registering to receive dividends is November 18, 2025, with payment expected on December 15, 2025. With nearly 26.2 million shares outstanding, NCTS estimates a payout of around 209.3 billion VND, with Vietnam Airlines, holding 55.13% of the shares, expected to receive over 115.4 billion VND. According to Q3 2025 financial reports, NCTS achieved revenue of nearly 317.6 billion VND, a 33.1% increase year-on-year, with a gross profit of nearly 134.2 billion VND. Revenue from financial activities also increased by 63.6% to 31.9 billion VND, with a net profit after tax of over 114.3 billion VND, up 51.4%. For the first nine months, total revenue reached nearly 839.3 billion VND, a 30.5% increase compared to 2024. NCTS aims for 1,006 billion VND in revenue for 2025.
