North Korean hackers expand social engineering operation to IT firms

North Korean hacker groups like “lazarus”, “sapphire sleet”, and “ruby sleet” are increasing their operations to perform deception through fake recruitment to infiltrate users’ computers.

They target IT companies and defense contractors in the USA, UK, and South Korea to steal sensitive information.
