Notional V3 to cease operations following Balancer hack, resulting in substantial write-downs for ETH lending users

As of November 6th, Notional V3 will cease operations after losing 721.6 ETH due to a Balancer V2 hack. Vault users on Balancer/Aura face complete losses.

Affected ETH lending and liquidity provider accounts will receive write-downs and be migrated to Aave automatically, with more details on the situation to follow.
