The Nova Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Nova Thao Dien Limited Company were fined 92.5 million VND each by the State Securities Commission for violations related to information disclosure in the securities field. Nova was fined for failing to notify the status of bond principal and interest payments and for missing deadlines on financial reporting. Nova Thao Dien also failed to timely disclose information regarding mandatory bond buybacks. Lucky House Investment Service Joint Stock Company was fined 175 million VND for misinformation about the usage of funds from bond issues. Lucky House must retract misleading information and has engaged in unauthorized bond buybacks. All three companies are subsidiaries of Nova Real Estate Investment Group (Novaland).
