Novaland has announced its bond payment situation amid delays. On March 3, 2025, it was due to pay over 914.7 billion VND but only managed to pay about 8.8 billion VND, resulting in a delay of nearly 906 billion VND. The delay is due to liquidity issues. This bond lot consists of 10 million bonds issued in September 2021. Previously, Novaland delayed payment on another bond lot by approximately 795.3 billion VND. Financially, in Q4 2024, Novaland reported nearly 4,778.6 billion VND in revenue but only generated a net profit of over 25.6 billion VND, a significant decrease. For the year 2024, total revenue was about 9,073.4 billion VND, with a net loss of nearly 4,351.4 billion VND. By the end of 2024, Novaland’s total assets were nearly 238,181 billion VND, with total debts of about 190,473 billion VND.
