Novaland (MCK: NVL) has announced plans to continue offering 17.22 million shares under the employee stock ownership program (ESOP) at a price of 10,000 VND per share. As of October 2, 2025, only 31.53 million shares out of 48.75 million were subscribed, leaving over 17 million unsold. Moreover, over 32 million ESOP bonus shares have been distributed, with nearly 16.74 million still pending distribution set for October 2025. Seven staff members will partake in the discounted share purchase, with Dương Văn Bắc, the General Director, set to buy approximately 3.15 million shares. Amid financial struggles, Novaland is facing challenges in repaying bonds, with over 271.9 billion VND yet unpaid on NVLH2223007 bonds and more than 35.8 billion VND on NVLH2223008 bonds. The company is negotiating with investors regarding debt repayment.
