Novaland increases after-tax loss to 1,800 billion VND after 9 months, inventory over 152,000 billion

Novaland announced its Q3 2025 business results, achieving nearly 5,400 billion VND in revenue in the first 9 months of the year. Revenue from sales reached about 4,956 billion VND, up 33% year-on-year. However, the company recorded an after-tax loss of 1,820 billion VND due to a decline in financial operating revenue. By the end of September, total assets reached around 239,575 billion VND, with inventories of 152,285 billion VND, mainly in land funds and ongoing projects. Total loan debts exceeded 64 trillion VND, with short-term debts around 32 trillion VND. Novaland is seeking ways to resolve financial difficulties and executing restructuring. In Q3, the company continued to accelerate construction at NovaWorld and Aqua City projects and completed ownership certificates for nearly 550 products at The Sun Avenue. The rapid development of transportation infrastructure will support Novaland’s large urban projects.
