According to Ho Chi Minh City’s report, around 81,000 apartments from 335 projects are still awaiting Pink Book issuance due to legal issues. To resolve this, the city established a task force in November 2024. So far, 70,675 units have been addressed, with plans to complete the issuance this year. Novaland pledges to deliver nearly 7,000 Pink Books by 2025. Some projects like Sunrise Riverside have delivered nearly 880 Pink Books, while Kingston Residences and Tropic Garden 1 are finalizing their issuance processes. The Botanica project in Tan Binh district is set to receive a decision on land use fees as legal hurdles are cleared. Novaland representatives confirmed the company is prepared financially to meet requirements promptly, aiming to expedite the issuance of Pink Books for thousands of properties.
