CTCP Diamond Properties reported the results of NVL shares transactions related to CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va. In the trading session on October 31, 2025, Diamond Properties only successfully sold 1.1 million of the 2.15 million shares registered due to adjustments in transaction plans amid market fluctuations. After this transaction, their NVL ownership ratio dropped from 8.079% to 8.024%. Based on the share price of 13,650 VND, Diamond Properties estimated a revenue of about 15.4 billion VND. Bùi Thành Nhơn, the Chairman of Novaland, manages Diamond Properties. His wife, Cao Thị Ngọc Sương, has registered to sell 17.27 million NVL shares from October 28 to November 26, 2025. Novaland also announced its Q3 2025 financial results, showing a 16% decrease in net revenue year-over-year to 1.683 trillion VND, with a loss of 1.153 trillion VND. Year-to-date, Novaland reported a net loss of nearly 1.820 trillion VND.
